The idea of dedicating a large area of our warehouse to ecommerce logistics was born with the intention of offering every customer a turnkey service. Every day we build a partnership with our customers and espouse the idea that outsourced logistics should not only be a way to save money but above all to grow business.

What can we do for you?

We offer 360° services in this area, with one contact person for each customer

Each customer is allocated an exclusive space in the warehouse, all incoming references are quality controlled, entered uniquely into the management software and periodically inventoried. We also have a space for non-temperature controlled food storage and one for BIO-labelled products.

Picking, packing and packaging services 100% customisable to your needs. To date, we only use plastic-free and environmentally friendly materials for packaging in our warehouse.

The quantities and movement of goods are always updated in real time and available for consultation. Alerts are sent via our management system when a product is out of stock, based on the average movement of each individual reference.

We try to shorten shipping times every day. We work with different carriers depending on the type of products and destination areas.

We use a computerised order management system, integrated with the main ecommerce and marketplace platforms. Each order before dispatch passes through a TrastFlow algorithm.

For those customers who wish to do so, we have decided to make our experience available, creating Customer Service services: Customer Support, Order Confirmations, Returns Management, Shipment Management.
